Flower & Butterfly Pendant FAQs

What belongs in the Flowers & Butterflies Pendants collection?

This collection is for pendants with a flower motif, a butterfly motif, or both. Earrings, rings, bracelet sliders and necklace-only designs are not included solely because they share the same motif.

Does the pendant need both a flower and a butterfly design?

No. A confirmed pendant with either a flower design or a butterfly design qualifies. A design featuring both can also qualify.

Is a chain included with every pendant?

No. Check the product description and selected variant. Some pages offer a necklace option and a pendant-only option; confirm the option shown in your order before purchasing.

How do I choose the right pendant size?

Compare the listed height and width and check whether the height includes the bail. Product photographs are not necessarily life-size. Contact us if a measurement is missing.

Will the pendant fit my existing chain?

Compare the internal bail opening with your chain width and end fitting. Both need to pass through without force. Ask for a compatibility check when the relevant measurements are unavailable.

Which metal and colour should I select?

Use the individual listing and selected variant to confirm the metal, gold karat where applicable, and colour. Available options vary by design.

Do all of these pendants contain diamonds or gemstones?

No. Designs may be plain metal or may include stones, cubic zirconia or enamel. Check the listed accent material and any stated stone origin for the selected piece.

Are rose, lotus and plumeria designs considered flower pendants?

Yes, when the product has a confirmed flower motif and pendant identity. Rose gold colour and rose-cut stones alone do not establish a flower design.

Are flower and butterfly pendants suitable as gifts?

They can be a thoughtful choice when the motif suits the recipient. Compare size, metal preference and chain inclusion. Confirm any gift packaging or delivery requirements before ordering.

How should I care for a flower or butterfly pendant?

Store it separately and protect it from knocks, snagging and harsh chemicals. Follow care instructions for the specific metal, stones, enamel and construction. Ask for guidance if you are unsure which cleaning method is suitable.

Choosing a Flower or Butterfly Pendant

A pendant should suit the way you plan to wear it. Begin with your preferred flower or butterfly motif, then compare its scale, construction, metal and chain compatibility.

Use the listed pendant height and width to judge its scale. Confirm whether the height includes the bail, and use the product photographs alongside the measurements rather than treating photographs as life-size.

Check the selected variant for metal, gold karat where applicable, colour and stone details. Natural and lab-grown stones, cubic zirconia and enamel require different care; use the individual listing rather than assuming one specification across the collection.

A necklace option and a pendant-only option can share a product page. Select the exact option you want and verify the order details. Do not assume that every pendant includes a chain.

For an existing chain, confirm that its end fitting can pass through the bail without force. Consider the condition and proportions of both pieces, and ask for compatibility guidance when the opening size is not listed.

Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined compartment. Avoid impacts, snagging and harsh chemicals. Follow product-specific cleaning guidance, especially when the piece includes stones, enamel or delicate details.
